Greenpeace is not a terrible organization...Well ... Greenpeace is not a terrible organization. It has done plenty of wonderful things, especially about creating a global awareness of the serious downside to nuclear energy. We need such organizations. I mean, I want to make a distinction between terrible organizations like the mafia or the Taliban, versus NGOs like Greenpeace that fight for a cause but sometimes become trapped in their own ideological worlds.Sriram Khéhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06724218458246880137noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27946614.post-60935664648156359402016-07-01T07:58:58.614-07:002016-07-01T07:58:58.614-07:00Greenpeace truly is a terrible organisation. As yo...Greenpeace truly is a terrible organisation. As you note, even their founder has turned again them. Remember the fiasco over Brent Spa in the 90s.

Its an interesting concept - crimes against humanity for blocking progress. Perhaps not as extreme as that, but something in that direction looks warranted.

Organisations and individuals who cloak themselves as do gooders but actually cause great harm have as much to answer as those who actually commit a crime.Rameshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11782192840421019943noreply@blogger.com
