Sometimes, I feel like I don't want to meet with my teachers from the past because I worry that the adult me would find that image to be incorrect ... Which is what happened, too, when I talked with a favorite teacher who taught English in the middle school years ... Now that I am on the other side, I wonder if students years later will figure out that I was/am no good after all ... but, for now, it is working out well ... Conjoose vera - A grade yarukkum kudukka mattar :)

I've always wondered about the transitory nature of the people a teacher associates with. Students come, you form an intense relationship for a few months and then they move on. You are a fixed point in an ever changing world. For a student (at least that's the way I have felt), the teacher is a never changing beacon. When I went back to my teachers, I expected them to be exactly the same. Of course, it never is, especially after long periods of time have passed. But the image of the teacher remains stubbornly the same and unchanging. For you guys, you see hundreds come and go. A few perhaps stay on your hearts and minds. I am sure there is pride when you see one of them back - the longer the wait, the greater the pride I guess.

Your's is a unique, interesting and noble profession.Rameshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11782192840421019943noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-27946614.post-70639058655500507392015-06-11T23:57:11.427-07:002015-06-11T23:57:11.427-07:00semma post...relished it :) romba strict teachero?...semma post...relished it :) romba strict teachero?gilshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03259194565523548553noreply@blogger.com
